TrepBI can leverage REX which imports a specific type of Costar Report that contains all the data needed to build a survey. TrepBI allows these reports to be uploaded into the system in the survey workflow and then sends the data to REX. After processing, TrepBI receives the data back and matches property and suite data into the system.
Instructions
Follow these steps to generate the correct report:
Create your survey in Costar
Click "Reports" to open the report wizard
Select “Lease Availability Report” and “Space Card Report” from the list of reports
Click "Next"
Select "Display Space Notes"
Click "Generate Report"
Download the report
Upload the report to Survey workflow under CoStar PDF Export.
